Vancouver, BC is about four or five years ahead of Seattle’s Progressive trajectory and should stand as a cautionary model of what NOT to do when it comes to how a society deals with drug abuse.  A few years ago, Vancouver implemented a program that had a lot of success in Holand.  Small amounts of drugs were decriminalized, and sanctioned ‘safe injection sites’ were created so that addicts could bring their drugs to a safe and clean environment, “get well”, and then go out and about their daily business.

Many other cities, such as Seattle, Portland, New York, San Fransisco all wanted to start up a similar program — because hey, it was ‘working in Holand…’.

Now, a couple of years into the Vancouver experiment, we can see how things are turning out, and it’s not turning out good at all.  In fact, it is a literal shit-show, complete with … shit.

Watch this video.  It’s absolutely sickening.
